Every leader in the BJP West Bengal ecosystem carries a live JMI Score and is ranked transparently. The analytics module shows the top 10 and bottom 10 performers, highlights leaders in the "Punarbhichaar band" (JMI 30–45) who need immediate intervention, and tracks 90-day trend lines for each leader. The Mandate Analytics module shows State leadership exactly how internal Mandate Voting is trending across all 294 constituencies. Which candidates are dominating their constituency vote? The Party Health module maps the entire BJP West Bengal membership across 10 engagement tiers — from Dormant (tier 1) to Super-Active (tier 10). Any registered user — voter or non-voter, supporter or critic — can rate their local leader on a 5-star scale across 5 sub-criteria: responsiveness, project delivery, accessibility, transparency, and character. Ratings average in real time. This is the heaviest dimension because elections are ultimately decided by public opinion.
Member Rating
Anonymous internal Mandate Voting score
Only verified BJP members can cast Mandate Votes. The anonymisation protocol makes coercion structurally impossible — there is no way for a senior leader to know how a specific booth worker voted. This dimension represents the ground-truth view of the sangathan itself, weighted second-highest because internal confidence predicts electability.
Grievance Resolution
SLA compliance rate across all complaints
Calculated automatically from the Grievance Portal database. A leader who resolves 100% of assigned complaints within SLA earns a perfect 15-point contribution. Overdue complaints create a penalty curve — the older the breach, the steeper the score drop. Gaming is impossible because SLA breach timestamps are immutable.
Project Completion
Verified public works and scheme delivery
Leaders log projects and completion claims in the app. Community Feed posts and Promise Vault entries are cross-referenced. Citizens can challenge a "completed" claim, triggering a review. This dimension rewards leaders who visibly deliver — inaugurations, constructions, scheme disbursements — and penalises those who only make promises.
Peer Rating
360° evaluation from fellow BJP leaders
Senior leaders (District and above) rate their colleagues on internal criteria: sangathan participation, committee attendance, consensus-building ability, and integrity. The anonymisation prevents political retaliation. This dimension provides organisational intelligence that the public cannot see — a sanity check on externally popular but internally disruptive leaders.
Engagement Score
Party activity, training, and booth participation
Tracks granular party engagement: training modules completed, booth meetings attended, mandal events logged, Community Feed activity, and volunteer hours recorded. Automatically derived from app activity data — no self-reporting. A small dimension, but an important floor — a leader with zero engagement at the grassroots level cannot carry a high score.
